"Spencer Wellness and Casi Norman have been life changing for me! After seeing my OBGYN for years after having a full hysterectomy, my hormone concerns were always met with an increase in my estrogen pills. The first time I visited Spencer Wellness, my bloodwork showed that my estrogen levels were 6 times what they should be. This resulted in a constant feeling of horrible PMS. After meeting with Casi, she was able to help lower those levels and balance my hormones in a way no other medical professional had ever been able to do! I feel like my old self again, and that’s directly a result of my experience with Spencer Wellness! I can’t recommend them enough!"

My particular need was HRT and to transition from an online provider to an in person provider. Spencer Wellness Centre was welcoming and receptive to listening to me and then recommending several different avenues to choose from. Nothing was pushed on me and I truly felt the care and support that the entire staff provided from my initial phone call all the way through to scheduling a follow up visit. "I cannot begin to tell you how much I really loved Kayla! I was refereed to her by a friend and I am so happy I went! She took the time to sit and talk to me , she mapped out the areas I could do my Botox - that way I knew what areas of the face could get Botox. No one in the past ten years has ever did that! Also she took her time , most injectors I have had have me in and out in a min. They don’t even speak to me. She on the other hand was caring and personable. I will go back and I’m so happy I found her ! She is the best and truly goes above and beyond!"
