"I have to admit that I was extremely nervous for my first appointment at Spencer only because us women are made to believe that our symptoms are “just part of getting older” & our concerns are never taken seriously but I had absolutely nothing to be nervous about. Every single person that I came into contact with at Spencer was extremely kind, knowledgeable & helpful. I was finally heard & that means a lot.
