"Spencer Wellness and Casi Norman have been life changing for me! After seeing my OBGYN for years after having a full hysterectomy, my hormone concerns were always met with an increase in my estrogen pills. The first time I visited Spencer Wellness, my bloodwork showed that my estrogen levels were 6 times what they should be. This resulted in a constant feeling of horrible PMS. After meeting with Casi, she was able to help lower those levels and balance my hormones in a way no other medical professional had ever been able to do! I feel like my old self again, and that’s directly a result of my experience with Spencer Wellness! I can’t recommend them enough!"

"Staff are very friendly and efficient. NP Tierney Lara was very thorough in helping me with my HRT regimen, making suggestions to changes and why she was making those suggestions. My particular need was HRT and to transition from an online provider to an in person provider. Spencer Wellness Centre was welcoming and receptive to listening to me and then recommending several different avenues to choose from. Nothing was pushed on me and I truly felt the care and support that the entire staff provided from my initial phone call all the way through to scheduling a follow up visit. "I have been going to Linda for 10 years. Menopause along side of thyroid issues are not something that my past endocinolgist could manage. Linda reduced my Menopause symtoms with in a week via the bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. She has also monitored and medicated me for my thyroid.
