"Tierney Lara NP is excellent. She listens intently. My thyroid has always been hard to regulate. I’ve gone to numerous MD’s and specialists. They would never try anything except generic synthroid. She has changed my meds a few times and found two meds that work together perfectly for me. We check levels every 6 months to make sure it stays in normal range. She checks vitamins and hormones and keeps all that balanced as well. I am just so thankful that someone recommended Spencer Wellness to me. Going there has changed my life!"

"All prescriptions you take, there are side effects and some react differently than others. I've had to wait too but it's hard telling what conversations are going on behind close doors. Staff could be more understanding of patients being sensitive due to our current situations but some of these things take time. I had several symptoms after having my 1st pellet appointment but it was nothing that isn't expected. Continuing the treatment is what helps and she has done the right thing for me. "
