"Tierney Lara NP is excellent. She listens intently. My thyroid has always been hard to regulate. I’ve gone to numerous MD’s and specialists. They would never try anything except generic synthroid. She has changed my meds a few times and found two meds that work together perfectly for me. We check levels every 6 months to make sure it stays in normal range. She checks vitamins and hormones and keeps all that balanced as well. I am just so thankful that someone recommended Spencer Wellness to me. Going there has changed my life!"
"Staff are very friendly and efficient. NP Tierney Lara was very thorough in helping me with my HRT regimen, making suggestions to changes and why she was making those suggestions. Appreciated her analogies, especially, related to my hypothyroid treatment, as she made it much clearer than I have ever heard prior. Highly recommend!"
